"It has been crucial that the accounting program does most of the work automatically."
"We have had e-conomic throughout. In the beginning, we only used e-conomic as a kind of "accountant uncle", while we wrote invoices by hand. It quickly became an impossible task. Each cleaning task requires two invoices, which amounts to more than 360 invoices every day. This places great demands on the accounting software that has to handle the paperwork. Therefore, it has been crucial that the accounting program does most of the work automatically. If everything we do today had to be handled manually, it would require a minimum of ten people accounting staff.” tells Dennis Forchhammer, the Managing Partner at Happy Helper
Scalable setup that can keep up with the growth of the company
In just one year, Happy Helper has gone from entrepreneur to a well-established company. Happy Helper conveys approximately 180 cleaning tasks per day – and that number grows week by week.
"The API should be seen as a digital bridge between Happy Helper and e-conomic."
Along with the growth, Happy Helper experienced a need for automatic handling of the paperwork. Here, Happy Helper has greatly benefited from e-conomics' open API.
"The API should be seen as a digital bridge between Happy Helper and e-conomic. And there we have been lucky enough that the e-conomics API is so solid that it can handle the many complex accounting runs we have in Happy Helper." describes Forchhammer.
