Senior .NET Developer

We have a challenging opportunity for an ambitious and experienced developer to join the ionProjects team. You would be working on the Development team in 2 countries: Belgium and Romania.

As a developer at Visma/ionProjects you are working in an Agile environment and in close collaboration with your colleagues. You are interested in .NET technologies and strive to develop products of high quality, which sets the user's needs first. Your main strengths are good problem-solving skills, quality awareness, and accuracy. We want you to have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities and work tasks: ⦁ Design, implementation, and testing of solutions ⦁ Implementation of unit and automated tests ⦁ Maintain good code quality ⦁ Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews ⦁ Keeping up-to-date on new technologies, methods, and tools ⦁ Participate in our SCRUM processes and other team activities

We would like you to have the following: ⦁ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science ⦁ Experience in: C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Core Web API, (MS) SQL ⦁ Experience in the following is a plus: NET/ASP.NET Framework, Azure DevOps/Cloud, component-driven front-end (something like Blazor, React, Angular, …) ⦁ Solid Object Oriented Programming knowledge, design patterns ⦁ Knowledge of and experience with (MS) SQL databases - modeling and development ⦁ Hands-on experience with unit testing & Test Driven Development, knowledge about other types of tests and tools is a plus ⦁ Interest in software engineering methods, design patterns, and modeling

Personal skills: ⦁ Well-structured and quality-focused attitude ⦁ Team spirit and good communication skills ⦁ Analytical mindset with attention to details ⦁ Self-motivated and self-driven ⦁ User experience and customer satisfaction-oriented ⦁ Fluent in English speaking and writing as English is the working language
