We keep the wheels turning.
We are so excited to build on our joint success of the last five years, now as first title sponsor of Team Visma | Lease a Bike from 1 January, 2024. The team is among the world’s best and has an impressive list of achievements, including numerous cycling victories and championships.
Visma and Team Visma | Lease a Bike share the same intrinsic drive – not just to succeed, but to inspire others to perform their best. At Visma, we do this by providing mission-critical business software to millions of customers in Europe and Latin America. People’s work lives are greatly simplified, allowing them to focus on what matters most.
Team Visma | Lease a Bike uses our software for exactly this purpose – taking care of key business functions such as accounting and financial processes, data analysis, HR operations, and contract signing. We also provide the team with an AI-based solution for nutrition prediction, ensuring the riders get the sustenance they need to perform at the highest level. This is how we help the best to be the best.
Our sponsorship is a great source of pride among our employees, promoting an active lifestyle, inspiring a can-do attitude, and encouraging teamwork. It also helps us build brand awareness and engagement, in both new and existing markets. As first title sponsor of Team Visma | Lease a Bike, we’re so excited for our next chapter.
The Control Room: Real-time data analysis
Access to real-time data is crucial in elite-level cycling, enabling better and faster tactical decision-making.
With our extensive expertise in data collection and visualisation, we’ve worked with Team Visma | Lease a Bike to develop the Control Room, powered by Visma.
This mobile command center provides real-time analysis and support during races, enhancing decision-making and improving the team's performance in the heat of the race.
Nutrition and AI
Creating software that simplifies complex processes is what we do best. So it was a natural step for us to team up with Team Visma | Lease a Bike to see how we could work together to optimise their performance.
Through AI and machine learning, we’ve increased the accuracy of nutrition predictions from 52% to 82% – saving coaches time and helping riders compete at the highest levels.
