For Visma, a leading provider of mission critical software in Europe and Latin America, the acquisition strengthens the Group’s presence in Chile, and complements its existing offering within HCM (human capital management) solutions in the country.

The addition of Laudus follows three other recent acquisitions for Visma in the region, with Argentinian ERP providers Contagram, Xubio and Calipso also joining the Visma family of companies.
