Admincontrol showcases the support that Visma provides to its companies. Under Visma ownership the company has doubled its customer base and boosted its active users fivefold, resulting in double-digit annual growth over the last years.

In recent years, there has been an increasing consolidation in Admincontrol’s market. While the company has performed very well under Visma ownership, it sits closer to Euronext's core offerings and will benefit from sharpened focus under new ownership.
Visma continues to be focused on creating value through organic growth and accretive M&A and will use the proceeds from this transaction to pursue its core M&A strategy.
