Visma increases the market share within the Norwegian debt collection market. The total revenue makes Visma one of the largest market players within debt collection in Norway.
Creno AS is a complete supplier of services within debt collection, credit and invoicing. The company was founded in 1987 and is now one of Norway’s leading debt collection agencies, with 50 employees and offices in Oslo and Trondheim.
This acquisition is part of Visma’s focus on making businesses more efficient by integrating and automating administration and business processes. In 2013, Visma expanded within the debt collection area by acquiring the Finnish debt collection company, Duetto Group. Visma is now continuing the expansion.
– This is an area where we see a great potential, and acquiring Creno is also underlining our focus on simplifying and automating our customers business processes. This acquisition gives Visma’s existing business within debt collection additional capacity and a stronger marked position in Norway, and the Nordic region, Division Director in Visma, Eivind Gundersen says.
