Visma acquires two Norwegian companies and strengthens the focus on cloud-based solutions for year-end accounts production
Visma acquires Finale Systemer AS and Mokastet Data AS, two leading suppliers of systems for the accounting industry in Norway.

Increased demand
There is a strong demand for solutions for year-end accounts production by Visma’s customers, partners and accounting agencies. With this acquisition, Visma increases its focus on cloud-based solutions for the accounting industry in Norway.
– The market is facing an extensive transition to cloud-based solutions, demanding strong development activity as well as focus against international competition. Visma will contribute with technology, capital and the Visma.net product family in order to secure important SaaS-solutions for the accounting industry to be developed with focus on the conditions and needs for Nordic companies, Moan says.
