Welcome to our newest Visma companies! (Q4 2024)

Business insights

We ended 2024 with another monumental quarter, bringing 11 new companies into the Visma family. If you’re keeping track, that means we ended the year with 33 new companies and products! And our ecosystem now includes over 190 companies across 33 countries in Europe and Latin America. As we continue to grow, we couldn’t be more proud of the people and products that help simplify the way work gets done. So today, we want to celebrate everyone who joined us in Q1, Q2, and Q3. And give a special shoutout to our newest companies.

Let’s say hello to the new roster.

Mobilexpense (Belgium)

Founded in 2000, Belgium-based Mobilexpense creates simple, smart, and seamless expense management solutions for businesses of all sizes. They offer tailored products to meet diverse industry needs – from expense automation to travel management to business credit cards – with a strong footprint in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and Sweden. Currently, they serve over 3,000 customers.

“We’re excited to join Visma and become part of a group with such a strong commitment to innovation and customer focus. At Mobilexpense, we have always aimed to simplify expense management and empower businesses across Europe. Partnering with Visma will allow us to bring even more value to our customers, driving efficiency and regulatory compliance on a broader scale. We look forward to the journey ahead as we integrate our expertise and continue setting new standards in the expense management space”, says Thibaud De Keyzer, CEO of Mobilexpense.

Founded in Valencia, Spain in 2015, tugesto is a leading provider of essential cloud-based business tools. From HR and payroll to invoicing and tax management, they offer digital solutions companies need to operate efficiently on a daily basis. And today, they are trusted by over 8,000 companies and public administrations across Spain.

“We are delighted to announce that tugesto is joining the Visma family, further expanding our footprint in Spain and strengthening our total offering in this important growth market for Visma Group”, says Yvette Hoogewerf, Segment Director for Medium Business at Visma. “Together, we can create even stronger HR solutions for customers who are ready to make the step to more modern, flexible, and smart cloud software.”

Finthesis (France)

Finthesis is the business intelligence platform for accountants and CFOs in France. Their goal is to simplify daily life for accounting firms by giving them the data visualisation, forecasting, and reporting they need – all in one platform. They’re already used by nearly 400 accounting firms and directly reach more than 200 CFOs, with an indirect reach of over 10,000 professionals.

“This acquisition is a key part of Visma’s long-term strategy to lead the European financial solutions market by providing best-in-class cloud-based tools that enable financial professionals to thrive”, says Steffen Torp, CCO and Segment Director of Ecosystem at Visma. “By adding Finthesis to our portfolio, we expand our capabilities and position ourselves as the preferred partner for accounting firms and CFOs looking to modernise and improve their financial operations.”

TimeChimp (The Netherlands)

TimeChimp is an easy-to-use platform that takes the manual work out of time tracking, project management, and workflow planning. This platform is widely recognised for its focus on simplicity and efficiency, and has been adopted by over 40,000 users in IT, consultancy, construction, and infrastructure.

“Joining forces with Visma allows us to further develop our software and reach a wider audience. We look forward to the opportunities this new chapter brings to better support businesses”, says Fred Al, founder and CEO of TimeChimp.

Bizzcontrol (Belgium)

Belgium-based Bizzcontrol provides a user-friendly platform that enables accountants and entrepreneurs to analyse financial data, identify trends, and easily simulate future scenarios. With their comprehensive tools, they help to transform complex figures into clear insights to support better decision-making – and better client experiences overall.

“Belgium is a strategic growth market for Visma, and the partnership with Bizzcontrol underscores our ambition to support Belgian accountants with innovative and user-friendly technology”, says Steffen Torp. “With Bizzcontrol, we strengthen our offering and empower accountants to deliver even greater value to their clients.”

Vakanta (Sweden)

Founded in Stockholm in 2013, Vakanta is a cloud-based service that helps companies find, hire, manage, and analyse their contingent workforce. Their platform streamlines the administrative processes involved in handling consultants and, in some cases, integrates invoicing and payment into the same workflows. As part of Visma Proceedo, they help organisations get even better governance and cost control when they hire consultants and external workers.

“It’s extremely gratifying to continue working with Vakanta”, says Stefan Norr, CEO of Visma Proceedo. “Through this acquisition, a larger, joint approach is taken to a purchasing category that many companies today find challenging. It’s about giving the organisation the capacity to ensure that laws and regulations are followed, even for external labor. It also enables significantly better control over large costs, which often lack transparency in many places today.”

Axeptia Credit Intelligence (Norway)

Axeptia Credit Intelligence provides credit management software that helps businesses minimise overdue invoices and manage credit risk more effectively. The Norway-based company handles all of the integrations for customer information to be automatically updated, which allows companies to focus on their core business. And as part of Visma Amili, they give companies increased control and provide the market's best credit management tools.

“With Axeptia's strong Credit Management solutions, we are even better able to help companies with better insight, control, and management of liquidity. This transaction is an important step towards Visma Amili's goal of turning every outgoing invoice into an incoming payment as quickly and efficiently as possible”, says Lene Myklebust, CEO of Visma Amili.

InExchange (Iceland)

InExchange creates electronic invoices in human language. And with extensive expertise in implementation, services, and consulting, their innovative solutions make electronic transactions easier than ever. They facilitate direct integration with business systems, provide e-invoice solutions, and offer web-based platforms for managing invoices. Currently, their solutions are trusted by over 12,000 users.

“Thanks to the changes made, we can now use digital sales and, in the long term, give Icelandic customers the opportunity to acquire more of our products”, says Simon Strandell, Commercial Director at Inexchange.

Dexxter (Belgium)

Launched in 2021 by three student entrepreneurs, Dexxter is a cloud-based platform designed to help sole proprietors manage their accounting as simply and efficiently as possible. It provides tools for creating and managing invoices, quotations, expenses, and taxes, all while maintaining compliance with local regulations. As part of Visma-owned Teamleader, their reach will now expand to even more entrepreneurs across Belgium.

“Since the beginning, it was our mission to let dreamers and doers do business with confidence. With Teamleader, we have found an ally. Thanks to Teamleader's expertise in software-as-a-service (SaaS) in Belgium, we see potential to accelerate our further growth”, says Stan De Pauw, co-founder of Dexxter.

Accode (Finland)

Finland-based Accode offers a better way to build automation. Their service can be integrated into existing financial management software and systematically identifies and removes recurring manual tasks across the entire accounting process. That means customers can connect their data, identify automation targets and bottlenecks, build and deploy solutions and validate results – all in one platform.

“With the Accode deal, we are taking a big leap in the development of automation and AI to become the market leader in the industry. Accode has proven that in addition to automating purchase invoices, accounting firms have the motivation to automate other processes that can be solved in the future with the help of Accode's technology”, says Janne Lyytikäinen, FMS Business Area Director at Visma Solutions.
